Polymer Paper is made with the Polymer Assembler. It is found under the Drone Factory in the Earth City Ruins, Captain AI's Colony Ship and later created from blueprints.

Requires fuel to operate (900 max), fueled by Cloth(1), Silk(2), Silicon(2) or Hi-Tech Parts(30). Creates Polymer Paper for 30 fuel, which takes 15 seconds.
