Sea Witch

Story

The sea witch is an NPC found on the western half of Divider Island at night time. If it is day time go to her house and interact with it and it will change to night. She talks about how her back hurts and how she wants to go back to the ocean where she originally lived with the Fish Librarian . After giving her a revitalizing potion she lets you craft some magic items. When you tell her that you made a Dragonship she fears the aliens will come back and she tells you she is returning to the ocean and never coming back and suggests that you do the same. Afterwards you can find her in her true form as a fish woman and can be found in fish village swimming around.

Notes: The Revitalization Potion is crafted in the Laboratory. There is a Lab on the Starting Island. After Bombardment, you can get the blueprints to build a Lab from the Alchemist.

If you have already evolved a Dragonship but have not completed the revitalizing potion yet, she will not react to/notice the ship and flee underwater until after you give her the potion and talk to her a second time. Once she returns to the Fish Village, a second set of spellbooks will be unlocked in the Library; books from the same set can be bought from Tindle at the peak of Divider Island after you activate the Monolith as an alternative to crafting the level 2 spellbooks yourself.
